Awesome but....

I was so excited to find such a great game - between the phenomenal graphics and the adventures and side attractions - I was psyched.
Now not so much - first of all I log on and servers changed - I dont know about how that works and was logged on only to find my account gone. Finally got in thru Whitefeather and half the store is empty - I cant access my equipment.. Please fix - this game is too awesome to leave it be. And NEVER lose that Whitefeather server - I wont start over either.
