Server Resets?!?!?!

Ive enjoyed this game for about 6 months now. Ive gotten to level 70 and have some great heroes. Unfortunately in the last month they have reset the server 2 separate times now, pushing my progress back multiple weeks. It takes two to three weeks to get that progress back and then it gets reset AGAIN (5/6/16). I shouldnt have to keep playing back through the same 2 levels over and over again because the GM cant figure their sh*t out.

Ive submitted multiple tickets to have issues fixed and the tickets just sit there doing nothing and going nowhere. This is one of the best games Ive played on mobile but its turning into one of the worst quickly. I do NOT recommend this game until they get their sh*t together and fixed the bugs and the issues going on.
