Saw that game updated and thought everything would be all cool and dandy but nope all my data lost all my characters and everything and I was lvl 40 so now Im completely done with the game since all my stuff was practically flushed down the toilet

Lost everything with the newest update. Total ripoff. Spent money because I loved the game and really enjoyed playing only to lose everything with the first update?!

After update, my server disappeared and its forcing me to restart! I had purchased perm 300 diamonds a day and everything and now thats all gone? If this isnt fixed soon, paying customer out the door.

When I updated on 3/18/16 I lost my game that I was playing and I was high level. Im not happy with this I lost all my efforts and levels

My game is running as smooth as a car drives down a road in the update only problem I have is the The endless dreams broken I cant purchasing from the shop anymore and he with that thats on my only prob with the game is good The game will get pretty cool and I like how you added the Dragon bahmuet I really like that Dragon because its pretty cool looking dont worry to anyones negative comments your game is pretty cool and I like it that and none my stuff was lost I personally love your game Ive been constantly playing it for hours because I like it and I dont want to stop doing what you guys are doing this game is awesome Icant wait to earn the new heroes

why do i have to start in the beginning after the update? all myncharacters are gone.

I have been playing this game 6-8 months, level 64, max 7 star characters with awesome equipment. I just played yesterday, tried login in my profile several times and all of my data is gone. The server room I have been using is gone all together. No heads up, I didnt delete the app. I have to start all over, no way Im deleting this app. I am disappointed and hope to see immediate changes. I cant be the only person this has happened to.

Do not download this game and if you are stupid enough to after being warned definitely do not spend money on gems, the developers will just release a quick update erase your data and basically steal your money

The new update is a disaster! I cant purchase from the gold store, I cant get stamina from my guild, the free stamina is changed or gone! And every time I log in, I have to look for the server I always play in or else I need to start over. Major fixing is required or youll start losing players. Oh and bring back the way characters looked coz the new look is just ugly!!

Love the game itself but since the new update nothing but problems. My stores are always empty, element bash dont give me my rewards all the time, it dont give me my free stamina anymore for lunch and dinner. My biggest gripe with this game is the chat it is without a doubt the worst chat I have ever seen. If you are looking to converse with other people then this isnt the game for you. Once you leave game entire chat is erased when you comeback so if you ask a question if its not answered immediately youll never get an answer. Also anyone who joined game after you posted your comment wont be able to see it so they cant answer it. Ive sent numerous complaints with no response, however other issues Ive brought up were replied to fairly quickly. For the game itself I would give 5 stars all these problems are why I rated as I did

I liked the game. Very addicting until I get in the next day and everything was gone and was trying to make me start a new character. Deleted until a fix is issued.

None of my daily quests reset since the update, all the shops are broken.

First update killed the server i was on and lost all my data. Annoying as hell since i was pretty far along but whatever i started over. Another "bug fix" and data is gone AGAIN. Twice puttin my work to waste. Dont know what happened but not wasting my time anyore. Dont do it to yourselves either....

Since the last updated the game got alot of bugs. The Store had no items to buy also the endless dream store. Please Fix it as soon as possible.

Im not happy at all. After the current update I lost ALL my progress and my server.

It was a really fun game. When the new update installed it deleted my game.
