Ever since the last update.. The server I played is not saved and Ive tried them all (which took about an hour) and never had my acct come up. Im going to say my acct probably got deleted with the new update. I didnt spend ALL that time building up an acct to have the developers delete all my hard work! Fix it!!!

Ever since the new update all of my game data has been deleted. tried to contact customer service but still havent heard anything back. this is very disappointing I enjoyed this game for a long time. But I cant start back from square one.

Well this game WAS fun and bug free for me, but update released ERASED all my hard work and Ive spent money building characters. Also server is missing so cant even log in. Either a refund is necessary or big time bonuses for the time lost into this crap.

You had 5/5 stars be4 update! Now 1/5 (lucky you should have got no star) The new update is not good always crashing and where did my experience go? Back to level 1?!? WHY?!??

I have been playing this for 7 months and I had seven star heroes. I played on night and then did the update and the next day all my data was gone even though I was connect to my fb. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! DO NOT DOWNLOAD!

Thank you for the compensation for the bugs. You guys are on it! Ps u should make an app for Mac books. Would love to play on my computer while doing work.

I was so excited to find such a great game - between the phenomenal graphics and the adventures and side attractions - I was psyched. Now not so much - first of all I log on and servers changed - I dont know about how that works and was logged on only to find my account gone. Finally got in thru Whitefeather and half the store is empty - I cant access my equipment.. Please fix - this game is too awesome to leave it be. And NEVER lose that Whitefeather server - I wont start over either.

Man this game was my favorite game I have had it on my phone since its release and invested countless hrs and money into it. Then the update came out and now my people want even show up, anytime I go to do anything it locks up and I have to shut it down, I cant even fight the arena or upgrade armor or characters!!! Ive tried everything and re installed the game numerous times and every time the same thing ( no characters and lock up phone). And I cant get someone to help from the game developers!! Ive turned so many people on to this game cause it was a great game, but it went from the best to worst. Im willing to change this review if a developer would help me get it back on track. Even my wife has problems with hers not loading.

I started it up had all 5* and a six star n i have to start over thats really disappointing i played monkey server fix or i will slander this game in hopes you get as little money as possible

I love this game however Im irritated that even when I log in all my progress restarts- the highest level I made it to was 34. Got a phone call, answered it & when I went to load the game, I noticed the server changed and I had to start all over again.

After the last update I lost everything. Tried everything to get my old account back and still have to start over. So I will be deleting the game. Sad, I liked the game until the last update.

Ive been playing this game for a long time, leveled up lots of characters, downloaded update and all of my data was lost!!!!! Contacted customer a week ago with no response.... Start over??? I think not.... So much wasted time and money if this not fixed soon!!!!

Playing this daily for 3 months. Very well done. Very entertaining. Great graphics. Lot off bad reviews because a new release had bugs. But it was quickly fixed. They more than made up for it in free stuff. Ive played a lot of apps. This is my first 5 star review. The only thing I would change is that it often takes several logon attempts to connect. Still really good.

I love this game, its very addicting and a challenge to keep up with other players. I spend more time than Id like to admit on this game.. Unfortunately during this double event for Easter, I am not receiving my double gems for elemental bash. There are 12 total fights to complete. The prize shows 720 gems beating it on expert. I am only receiving the normal 360. Its frustrating because there are many other events that require gems to play. If this can be rewarded back to us players who havent gotten the correct gems as promised that would be great & I will most certainly change my review to a 5 star. I stuck through the troubles with the update. You seemed to have fixed most of the bugs. Just please give me my gems!! I need them. Thanks!

I been playing this game for 5 days and enjoy playing it into today went in to play it and no saved game it had me restarting all over.. No thank you deleting the game.

Like watching chars from past Coke back to the battlefields this is the game for you

Fun game , very entertaining ... They have been battle tested when it comes to having bugs in the game and how they handle it Very prompt customer service in relation to other games like say gameloft (worst cs )

Only thing I dont like about it is the staff is pretty slow with responding to tickets Ive been waiting 3 weeks and my ticket hasnt been looked at but other than that great game

Ana-Kitty after the update u just need to remember what world u previously logged into everyday mine was wrath so after it updated it tried to make me start over and I searched the worlds for wrath and logged back into that one and linked my account back into that world

The game updated and felted my info. I had to restart. With the update came new servers and they took away the old ones. Hence my info no liger existed. I dont like investing in something to have to redo the whole thing.
