Great Game but can u make more events to get diamonds because soo hard to get diamonds

Ive enjoyed this game for about 6 months now. Ive gotten to level 70 and have some great heroes. Unfortunately in the last month they have reset the server 2 separate times now, pushing my progress back multiple weeks. It takes two to three weeks to get that progress back and then it gets reset AGAIN (5/6/16). I shouldnt have to keep playing back through the same 2 levels over and over again because the GM cant figure their sh*t out. Ive submitted multiple tickets to have issues fixed and the tickets just sit there doing nothing and going nowhere. This is one of the best games Ive played on mobile but its turning into one of the worst quickly. I do NOT recommend this game until they get their sh*t together and fixed the bugs and the issues going on.

This game is full of bugs, server is down at least once a week. If you havent started paying any real money on this game, dont start doing so, and play another game right away..... If I could get back all the money I have paid, I would love to stop this game, and considered myself had a nightmare for the past months!

The game itself is 5 star gotta have it. However the chat is the worst Ive ever seen. Anytime you leave game all chats are erased making it impossible to have a conversation unless person you talking with is always on when you are. They also have worst customer service/ technical assistance. I have put in at least 10 notices on issues or questions and never get an answer I then tell them how terrible it is that they dont have the decency to respond and still no response. However if you never have any issues and dont want to talk to anyone this is best game ever

I have quite a few pros and cons with this game, almost too many to get into in just a quick review. Ive enjoyed this game for quite a while, but Ive decided to delete it. There are just too many issues (mainly server) and no signs of them being fixed any time soon. The gameplay is common enough, and its flooding the entire AppStore lately. The type of game where you have a core set of heroes, you level up the team, get new equips and perks, and hit the "auto" button to watch your players go through the level/stage/dungeon. These kinds of games are fun at first because its all new and there are plenty of cheap and easy upgrades to be had, but eventually youll hit a wall and your progress will slow to a crawl. Unless, of course, you pay. And pay. And pay. This game is a curse on your wallet. You do not have to pay to play; I havent spent a dime on this game. The whole auto dungeon crawl theme is a plague on rpg games. They all seem the same after a while. The English is this particular game is pretty laughable, which sadly does not set it apart from the other games its copied after. There couldve been a little more polish and touching up. Makes ya wonder what theyre doing when the servers go down - because they sure arent fixing issues.

Can you make an arena for PVP players

I really want to like it but every time I try to play it always says "login sequence failed" got a fix?

1* customer services... i gotta say ive been asking for a help to bind my account through facebook but it isnt working... never got the help i need and im already v.i.p 6 and very very close to 7... ive been asking help from thier facebook page and forum but its freakin dead... its the worth customer service of all game there is. but the game is absolutely epic

Well, I never have gotten into the game, login failure from jump street. Probably for the best, given the other feedback about app instability. Another waste of time, at least, not money.

Please add that your heroes can be customized with costumes that you buy from the store and hold it to tell you who can wear it or cannot wear plus at lvl 30 you can trade your heroes and at lvl 35 you can give your heroes and if someone is on you can give or trade with them if you and them are friends and it can be any lvl (example: lvl 2 trade for lvl 90)

Can you ask an American developer to help fix the crashing. You Chinks need assistance. Feel free to look at the YouTube review I posted on your game. 750,000 subscribers will watch this game review explaining how poorly made this game is due to the developers lack of knowledge. "IT CRASHES EVERY TIME BECAUSE IT CANT HANDLE ALL THE FIGHTING THAT HAPPENS AT THE SAME TIME"!!!!!!!

Is it bug or some problem??? Its only 2 server after updated. Fix pls

Love the game. No questions asked. But after this update it forces me to join a server that says "test" in its name. I try to change to my usual server but its not even an option. I somehow got it to say my usual server but then it said there was an error. I refuse to start a new game because of some update. Ive spent a lot of time and money on this game and Im very displeased. Please fix the issue or I will be deleting this game.

Everytime I try to log on it says server connection failure. Kinda messed up because I love this game.

I have been playing this game for a while now and even though I do enjoy it it seems to have the issue( after the update) where j cant log on ... Also the chat could be a little better but all and all Ill keep playing and paying for it cause I love the toons and the game play

During the log in I was excited to finally receive a hero for the month that is virtually impossible to obtain. Well? After only one day and only 2 or 3 shards, the game developers decided to do an update. After that, a not to pleasant surprise! They changed the monthly hero to something else! Something I dont need because I already have that one! I asked to fix that in the help option, and so far STILL! No reply. What a judge disappointment.

If it was atleast a good game, fine, but they try to get you to spend money at every turn when its not even good gameplay with so many problems.

I love the game. No problems there. I have been playing for a while now and wish to continue. I have spent over $1,000 and will easily spend more. But I am on a server I cannot talk to anyone. Making it difficult to join in with my guild or anyone else. Is there any way to switch? I will do whatever I need to to make this happen. Thank you

Over all of the game is awesome but just there are some hacker get advance in the game with all the new hero that seem impossible to get....... How do they have them all ????? That is alway the question

The game is great but has crashed over 20 times and cant figure out how to get ahold f a gm. Very frustrating that it crashes at every level cant make any progress.
